We are seeking a Project Manager for high-end custom builds and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and superintendents

• Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications for projects

• Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are followed and completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines

• Determine and manage workforce, equipment resources, and rough/finish products from start to finish while maintaining an attention to the budgetary limitations

• Evaluate construction progress and prepare detailed reports for senior project managers, company owners, and clients

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

• Real-time documentation and communication of all project scope changes, including updating the budget

Skills:

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

• Ability to read, understand and explain construction documents on all levels

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients

• Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

• A team player with leadership abilities

• Familiarity with construction management software

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in project management within construction for a custom residential home builder or professional remodeler

• Demonstrated knowledge of all construction trades, engineering, architectural principles, and civil engineering

• Strong leadership and management skills

• A High School diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus!

• Clean driving record

• Bilingual is a plus!
